In the 2-1/2 hour class, you will learn comfort techniques such as relaxation and breathing patterns, ask questions and meet other expectant parents. In addition, the free 30 minute Birthing Center Tour is included.(Please do not register for a separate Birthing Center Tour.)

We recommend attending the classroom section 6-8 weeks before your due date and viewing the online section before attending the classroom session.

A $35 fee for the online portion of this class is non-refundable for any reason.
