Living Well with Diabetes Virtual

This 6-week virtual, interactive workshop allow participants to learn self-management skills such as goal setting and stress management strategies; understand glucose monitoring, skin and foot care; learn techniques to cope with feelings of frustration, fatigue, pain and isolation; develop skills to communicate more effectively with family, friends and health professional; and learn about appropriate exercise and nutrition for people with diabetes.

The course materials are free and sent to the address provided at registration. Next class starts Saturdays, February 12th from 10 am - 12:30 pm. For more information, email 

For information about social and emotional support of your experience with diabetes, educational resource's and discussion of topics about diabetes, visit Diabetes Support Group. This group is appropriate for those with prediabetes, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, and caregivers.

If you are not able to attend the class listed, please register for the Wait List (January 1, 2024 session) and we will contact you as soon as another class time is scheduled.
