Leslie Rogers, MSW, LCSW-C, OSW-C, clinical oncology social worker at HCGH and the Claudia Mayer Cancer Resource Center will review what advance directives are, who needs them, and how you get them. You will have the opportunity of leaving this class with a completed advance directive document. Also, learn what it means to appoint, or to be appointed, a health care agent.
