Prenatal Yoga

Prepare for the birth of your baby with gentle and safe movements to stretch, strengthen, and relax your body. Classes will be tailored to your individual needs and stage of pregnancy. Safe for weeks 1 through 42. No prior yoga experience needed. Physician permission is required before the first class. For prenatal mothers only. Held at Slayton House, 10400 Cross Fox Lane, Columbia.

Charlene was great and the class was great. It was nice to meet other soon-to-be mom's too.
