Who do a contact if I have questions?
Please contact the Wellness Center at 410-740-7601 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Representatives are available to assist you with event registration and answer questions Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30.
How do I unregister for a class?
We appreciate you letting us know if you are unable to attend an event for any reason, as there may be others on a waiting list if the program you have registered for is sold out.
Please call the Wellness Center at 410-740-7601 to speak with a representative who will personally assist you to cancel your registration.
Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to class in order to receive a full refund. A $25 processing fee will be assessed for cancellations made less than a week before class.
Why do I need an account in order to register for a class or event?
We ask that all users create an account on our site. Not only does this allow you to easily register and pay for classes with one click, you'll also be able to keep track of upcoming events you're registered for and leave comments about programs you have attended.
In addition, requiring users to log in helps ensure that registrations are authentic, so classes are not filled by automated spam-bots and seats are available for you when you wish to attend a program.
What are user comments about classes and events?
We encourage your comments about the classes and events you have attended. Once you have registered for anything within the system, you'll then have the opportunity to leave a comment or review on the site.
Please be aware that we may not be able to respond to every comment, particularly those that deal with individual medical cases and issues. We also review all comments before they're posted, and those that are off-topic or clearly promoting a commercial product will be removed.
