Prepared Childbirth-Mondays 2012

This course is designed to prepare expectant couples for their labor and delivery. Terms, stages and phases of labor, medical interventions, recovery, changes to expect after the baby arrives, and non-medical pain management (relaxation, breathing patterns and coach's involvement) will be covered.

Class is registered PER COUPLE even though registration letter lists only mother's name. Bring TWO pillows and a blanket. This class does not include a birthing center tour. THIS LETTER IS YOUR PROOF OF REGISTRATION AND RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.

Healthy Families Howard County is a free, voluntary program for first-time parents who live in Howard County. Benefits include a 25% discount on select childbirth and parenting classes.
