Childbirth Weekend 2012

THIS IS A TWO DAY CLASS. This course is designed to prepare expectant couples for their labor and delivery. Terms, stages and phases of labor, medical interventions, recovery, changes to expect after the baby arrives, as well as medical and non-medical pain management (relaxation, breathing patterns and coach's involvement) will be covered.

Class is registered PER COUPLE even though registration letter lists only mother's name. Bring TWO pillows and a blanket. BRING YOUR OWN LUNCH. There will ONLY be a 30-minute lunch break. No time to purchase lunch. This class does not include a birthing center tour. THIS LETTER IS YOUR PROOF OF REGISTRATION AND RECEIPT OF PAYMENT.
