Our certified diabetes educator and registered dietitian will teach you how to make changes to prevent or delay Type 2 diabetes.

This free six-week workshop is for those who have been diagnosed as diabetic or have been told they have pre-diabetes. It is an interactive group approach to developing the skills needed to confidently manage health.  Caregivers are encouraged to register.

 

Topics include:

Learn to plan meals that taste great, provide balance in your diet, and promote health. 

This course prepares parents, grandparents and caregivers to care for an infant. Class is registered per couple. You might also be interested in the New Mom's Support Group.
